HealthCall Offers Personalized and Custom Care to Meet the Needs of Each Patient
HealthCall’s Clinical Management Team includes registered nurses with an average of 30 years of nursing experience. The Nursing Supervisors assess and evaluate each new patient and coordinate an individualized care plan with the patient’s physician. The care plan process includes obtaining physician orders for medications, treatments, professional staff, and medical follow-up.
Additionally, HealthCall conducts regular, in-home supervisory nurse visits. During this time, a registered nurse will review the care plan with the patient and communicate any changes to the other members of the care giving team. Finally, several personnel, including a registered nurse, are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle any concerns or emergencies.
