|2007||Major company growth milestone: service hours increased 40%.|
|2008||Acquired Medicare Certification.|
|2009||Reaccredited by CHAP for Private Duty. Began our respiratory training program.|
|2010||Reaccredited by CHAP for Home Care. Patient population increased 12%. Began pediatric skilled home care services, launched new skills assessment lab as part of annual in-service training.|
|2011||Published our first newsletter and blog. Improved training programs, adding online modules, field training improvements, respiratory program updates. Private duty director of nursing became Certified Brain Injury Specialist.|
|2012||Moved to new headquarters in Royal Oak, Michigan. Expanded nursing supervisory staff.|
|2013||Launched a new website, company intranet and created the HealthCall Learning Resource Center. Private Duty and Home Care were both reaccredited by CHAP. Additional clinical supervisors became Certified Brain Injury Specialists. Began PRESTIGE, a pediatric-focused support group.
Achieved CARF accreditation in August.
