Gema has served in different roles in the field of Behavior Analysis since 2015.  She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as of 2021. She has worked in California and Michigan in school, clinic, and home settings, with individuals on the Autism Spectrum ranging in age from 18 months – 19 years. She received her Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Oakland University. Gema is most passionate about empowering her clients and families through assent-based interventions and developing the skills of her staff.
