Tauren has worked with individuals on the autism spectrum for nearly 10 years. She has worked with clients in clinical settings, their homes, communities and school settings. She graduated with her Masters of Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Oakland University.

Kourtney graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.S. in psychology and began working in the field of ABA in 2018.
