Joylene oversees the delivery of patient care and provides guidance and direction to the clinical team. She graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Oakland Community College in 2019. After becoming a Registered Nurse, she worked for two years for multiple hospital systems, primarily on intensive care units as well as stepdown units. She also worked for a mental health crisis center for a year and a half. Finally, she found her nursing niche in private duty nursing. Joylene worked for HealthCall as a field nurse for over two years, completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from Eastern Michigan University in 2026, and joined the clinical supervisory team. Joylene enjoys working with HealthCall’s clients, families, and staff.
