Description: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst Director (“BCBA Director”) assumes authority, responsibility, and accountability for the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services through HealthCall. In collaboration with the Medical Director and Administration, the BCBA Director allocates department resources in an efficient and economical manner to enable each client to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being. The BCBA Director collaborates with other departments, medical professionals, consultants, organizations, including government agencies and advocacy groups, to develop, support, and coordinate client care, related administrative functions, and to represent the best interests of HealthCall and its clients.

This position reports to the Medical Director of HealthCall Behavioral Services.   

  • Location: Clinical sites including but not limited to Royal Oak and Berkley clinics as well as off-site school / services locations in metro Detroit.
  • Schedule: This is full-time, M – F 830 a – 5 p (flexibility as needed).

Minimum Requirements/Skills: 

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a minimum of five (5) years with current licensure to practice as a professional in the State.
  • Board Certified as a Behavior Analyst according to standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Minimum of Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education, including coursework required by BACB.
  • Valid Michigan State driver’s license, current automobile insurance and means of transportation.
  • Substantial supervisory and management experience, including Practicum supervision, required.
  • Consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to provide care in a variety of settings and/or situations.
  • Culturally sensitive to and inclusive of diverse staff and client populations.
  • Demonstrate compassion, empathy, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate compliance with accepted professional standards and practice.
  • Demonstrate excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
